Supervised visitation & monitored exchange

Booking time with your own kid shouldn’t be the hard part.

When a family court orders supervision, most families spend weeks leaving voicemails for agencies that keep banker’s hours. AnytimeVisits puts the whole thing in one portal: open a case, complete intake, and schedule visits with a neutral, trained supervisor — in 40+ cities, evenings and weekends included.

01How it works

From signed order to first hello

One portal carries the case from intake through every visit and every report. No fax machines, no waiting rooms, nobody’s voicemail.

  1. i.

    Open your case

Ten minutes online. Either parent — or an attorney — can start it. You’ll need the basics of the court order and the city where visits will happen.

    10 min, online
  2. ii.

    Both parties complete intake

A structured intake covers the order terms, safety considerations, and scheduling constraints. A coordinator reviews every file before the case goes live.

    Activates in 48–72 hrs
  3. iii.

    Book against real availability

The calendar shows actual supervisor openings, seven days a week, evenings and weekends included. If plans change, reschedule in the portal — the slot you release goes back on the calendar.

    Visit, then the record

Your supervisor attends, keeps the visit within the order, and takes notes during — not after — the session. A court-ready report lands in your portal within 24 hours.

02Who it’s for

A parent in the room. A parent who isn’t. A judge who wasn’t there.

A supervised visit has to work for all three — which is exactly why the supervisor works for none of them.

For parents

The schedule is yours again

Whether your visits are supervised or you’re the parent arranging them, you get the same thing: a published price, a professional in the room, and a factual record of every session — so nobody has to take anybody’s word for how a visit went.

  • Book, pay, and reschedule in one portal — no phone chains
  • Evenings and weekends at the same $60 rate
  • Your report within 24 hours of every visit
  • No money or paperwork changing hands at the visit itself

05The record

The person in the room is the product

An app makes the booking easy. A trained, neutral human is what makes the visit safe and the record credible. We’re very boring in court. That’s the point.

Trained and vetted before the first visit

Every supervisor is background-checked and trained in child safety, de-escalation, and objective documentation — and reviews the specific terms of your court order before meeting your family.

Neutral, structurally

Supervisors are engaged by the platform, not hired by a parent. They don’t advocate, evaluate, or advise either party — which is precisely why their account of a visit carries weight.

Documented while it happens

Arrivals, interactions, and departures are recorded with timestamps, during the visit, in plain non-editorial language. The report is formatted for family court use and delivered within 24 hours — shareable with your attorney at your discretion.

The report doesn’t say who was right. It says what happened. In family court, that’s worth more.

06Questions

Things people ask us at 11 p.m.

Do we need a court order first?

Most families come through a family court order or an agreement between attorneys. But parents can also arrange supervision voluntarily — some do it to build a documented track record before a hearing.

Where do visits happen?

At agreed community locations — parks, libraries, family-friendly public venues — selected with your coordinator and consistent with your order. Where orders permit, virtual supervision is also available.

What if something comes up after we book?

Reschedule in the portal. The calendar shows real supervisor availability, so moving a visit takes about a minute — and nobody has to apologize to a voicemail box.

Who pays — and can costs be split?

Usually your court order or agreement decides. Each parent covers their own $100 intake, and many orders split the hourly rate between parties. Payment runs through the portal, so there’s no exchanging money at visits.

How fast can visits start?

Once both parties complete intake, most cases are activated within 48–72 hours. From there you book directly against supervisor availability, including evenings and weekends.

What if the other parent won’t cooperate?

Start your side of intake anyway. A coordinator handles outreach to the other party, professionally and neutrally. Often that alone moves things forward — and if it doesn’t, your attorney can point to the documented attempt.

Open the case tonight.

Ten minutes to start. A coordinator reviews it, both parties complete intake, and most families are visiting within days. $100 one-time intake per parent, $60 per visit hour — that’s the whole bill.
